Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m passionate about leading with compassion, building strong relationships, and creating a positive, supportive environment for both my team and the people we serve. I believe that kindness, teamwork, and open communication are the foundation of great leadership. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, making memories with my husband and our 3 girls, and embracing life’s everyday adventures. I’m excited to be part of the Blue Ridge team and look forward to continuing to grow, learn, and make a positive impact each day.
