Elizabeth Fincher
Client Support Manager
Beth Fincher is the Client Support Manager at Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center, where she has been supporting clients and families since February 2025. With a strong background in education, Beth shifted from the classroom to the recovery field after her own life was changed at Blue Ridge. As someone in recovery herself, she brings honesty, empathy, and real-world understanding to the clients she serves. Her work is deeply shaped by her love for the Lord, and a passion for guiding clients to recognize that “Hardships often prepare ordinary people for an extraordinary destiny.” –C.S. Lewis
Beth holds a Master’s in Education from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and completed her undergraduate degree with honors at Louisiana Christian University. Born and raised in Louisiana and proud of her roots, she relocated to Georgia in 2017. A guiding scripture for Beth is “Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22–23
Outside of work, Beth enjoys reading, Cajun cooking, taking motorcycle rides with her husband, and loving on her precious grandbabies.
